Goathland Cottage is part of a small group of cottages at Lambert Hill Farm in Ruswarp just off the North Yorkshire Moors around 1.5 miles from Whitby. There are panoramic views of the North Yorkshire Moors and the dramatic Whitby Abbey from the grounds of this former farm. Goathland offers spacious cosy accommodation ideal for exploring this popular area and is ideal for couples or families.

Accommodation :

Ground floor sitting room with feature stone fireplace, kitchen and dining area. First floor, 3 bedrooms - 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 single room. Bathroom with bath, toilet wash hand basin and shower over bath. Gas fired central heating with the addition of a living flame gas fire in the lounge. All mains services and linen are included in the price, as is the use of automatic washer / dryer.

Outside :

South facing walled courtyard area with table, bench and barbecue. Small childrens play area within the site and seating area overlooking the North Yorkshire Moors.

Restrictions :

Not suitable for disabled. No single sex groups and sorry, no pets allowed.
